1. Overview

By accessing this website or purchasing tickets, sponsorships, or services from RD2Fun LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or complete a purchase.

These terms apply to all visitors, attendees, customers, sponsors, and anyone interacting with RD2Fun LLC or A Future Fest.

2. Services

RD2Fun LLC provides access to A Future Fest, including event tickets, sponsorships, and related offerings.

All services are subject to availability and may be modified, rescheduled, or discontinued at any time at the sole discretion of RD2Fun LLC.

3. Event Admission & What’s Included

Each ticket purchase includes one (1) 2-day admission to A Future Fest for the specified event year.

All attendees are required to show valid I.D. to receive their access wristband to A Future Fest.

Admission grants access only to the areas, sessions, and experiences designated for that ticket type.

4. Payments

All payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

All prices are listed in USD.

All payments are final.
No refunds, chargebacks, or payment reversals will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Cancellations, Transfers & Future Event Credit

If you are unable to attend the 2027 A Future Fest after booking, you may apply the full value of your reservation toward attendance at the 2028 A Future Fest event only.

By booking, you understand and agree that:

  • The 2028 event date is not guaranteed and will not be announced prior to January 15, 2027

  • If the 2028 ticket price is higher, you are responsible for paying the difference

  • If the 2028 ticket price is lower, no refunds or credits will be issued for the difference

Tickets may not be transferred, resold, or reassigned without written approval from RD2Fun LLC.

6. Photography, Video & Media Release

By attending A Future Fest, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded.

You grant RD2Fun LLC and its partners the irrevocable right to use photos, video, and audio recordings captured during the event for marketing, promotional, educational, and commercial purposes, without compensation or prior approval.

7. Code of Conduct

A Future Fest is built for serious builders. Respect is required.

If you engage in behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, unsafe, intoxicated, harassing, or interferes with the experience of other attendees, speakers, or staff, RD2Fun LLC reserves the right to:

  • Issue one warning, at its sole discretion

  • Require you to leave the event immediately if behavior continues

If you are removed from the event:

  • No refund will be provided

  • You may be banned from future A Future Fest events

  • RD2Fun LLC is not responsible for any travel, lodging, or related expenses you incur

All conduct decisions are final and made in the best interest of the community.

8. No Guarantees

A Future Fest and related services are designed to support growth, clarity, and connection. However, no specific results or outcomes are guaranteed.

Your results depend on your own effort, decisions, and participation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and at A Future Fest—including written materials, presentations, recordings, and media—is the property of RD2Fun LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability & Assumption of Risk

Attendance and participation are voluntary and at your own risk.

RD2Fun LLC is not responsible for personal injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal property occurring during or in connection with the event.

All services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

11. Event Changes & Force Majeure

Speakers, schedules, venues, and event details are subject to change without notice.

If the event is postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, or emergencies), tickets will be applied to a future event. No refunds will be issued.

12. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this site or booking services, you consent to our data practices.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.
